How to add text to a video in CapCut
- Click Text at the top of the window
- Under Default text, click the + on Add text
- Type your words in the box on the right
- Choose a font, size and color in the same panel
- Drag the text in the preview to place it, and drag its edges on the timeline to set how long it shows
