Terms of use

The BoAcharai site is run by Itay Mor. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

What's here

Information about BoAcharai, the beta waitlist, and written lessons for different apps. The beta isn't open yet, and nothing is sold on the site.

The lessons

The lessons are written and checked with care, but apps change between versions, so a step may look different for you. Use them at your own risk, and keep a backup before anything that deletes or changes files.

The beta

When the beta opens, it's offered for testing, as is, and it may have bugs. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damage caused by using it.

Content and trademarks

The site's text, videos and design belong to Itay Mor. You're welcome to share links to the site and the lessons. App names and screenshots appear only to explain how to use those apps. They are trademarks of their owners, and BoAcharai is not affiliated with them.

Fair use

Don't hack the site, overload it, or sign up in someone else's name.

Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
