How to set the timeline resolution and frame rate in DaVinci Resolve
- Before adding any clips, choose File > Project Settings
- Click Master Settings
- Set Timeline resolution, for example 1920 x 1080 HD
- Set Timeline frame rate to match your camera, for example 25
- Click Save
