How to change the speed of a clip in Premiere Pro
- Right-click the clip on the timeline
- Choose Speed/Duration
- Type a speed, for example 50 for slow motion or 200 for double speed
- Tick Ripple Edit, Shifting Trailing Clips
- Click OK
