How to quantize MIDI notes to fix timing in GarageBand

6 steps

1. Select the software instrument region you want to fix
2. Press E to open the Piano Roll
3. To fix only some notes, select them; otherwise keep the whole region selected
4. In the inspector on the left, open the Time Quantize menu
5. Choose a note value such as 1/16 Note
6. Press Space and listen; lower the Strength slider if it sounds too robotic
