How to use automation clips in FL Studio
- Right-click the knob you want to change over time, for example a channel's volume
- Choose Create automation clip
- The clip appears in the Playlist
- Drag its points up or down to shape the change
- Right-click on the line to add a point
- Press Space to hear it
